Hi! I’m Cecily!

When I say I’m passionate about personal and professional growth- I mean it! I’ve spent the last 14 years immersing myself in personal development books, trainings, conferences and more and now I’m so excited to help you live your best life through all of the resources and knowledge I’ve gained.

After I earned my Master’s degree in Sociology from San Diego State University, I knew that I wanted a career where I could give back and grow at the same time. I was hired as an administrator at a private school and there began my school leadership journey. For years, I was mentored and counseled by strong, capable and confident leaders, always given opportunities to be challenged and safe spaces to make mistakes. This cemented a clear view of leadership in my mind: Leadership is not about being the boss or having power. Leadership, I grew to understand, was about sharing knowledge, showing up as my best self and ensuring those on my team feel supported and challenged every single day.

I am thrilled to have earned my Executive Coach certification in 2022 after having informally coached dozens of women and professionals. I’ve built this coaching and consulting business to offer the service of support, accountability and belief in your abilities.
